About Us

             Our plant is located in Frazee, Minnesota, 200 miles North West of Minneapolis, and just 10 miles east of Detroit Lakes. We have been in the manufacturing business since January 1999 at our Frazee location. The building is 23,000 square feet, with two 5-ton overhead bridge cranes, loading docks and 14'x14' drive-in doors.

BUSINESS STATUS

Quantum Mfg., Inc. currently holds its certificate of incorporation in the state of Minnesota. We have applied for our SDB (Small Disadvantage Business), Woman owned, Minority & HUB zone certifications. We will be looking at the 8A program next year.

TOTAL SOLUTION SUPPLIER

We can handle all of your machined, welded, assembled and coating needs. We accomplish this through one of our following departments, or through our network of qualified "team" associates. Or, if you prefer, we can handle just a portion of your requirements.

For any process that we do not provide in-house, we have created a network of qualified associates/vendors to complete our "team" effort. We know we cannot handle every process, so we network with our outside team members to bring you that quality product at a competitive price.

We handle quantities from one-piece proto types to volume production runs. We are very proficient on small quantity CNC runs. We have quality program and set-up personnel.
