Description

A marvel! Our Pewter Celtic Horse Brooch is based on the famous carved horse at Inverurie, Scotland. This incredible Sterling silver over lead-free pewter design features three horses frolicking in a Celtic knotwork pasture. Trinity knots abound, even forming tiny saddles from knotwork manes and tails. Light antiquing brings out all the wonderful details in this highly polished piece. What a unique gift for the equestrian or "horse lover"! Other details of the Pewter Celtic Horse Brooch include:
  • Rhodium over lead-free pewter
  • Highly polished
  • Stem and clutch closure
  • Approx. 2" diameter
In Celtic culture, horses are one of the prime totemic animals.
