All of our lead-free pewter diffusers come on a 24" rhodium chain.  They come with six replaceable diffuser pads.  Place a drop or two of your favorite oil or fragrance on the pad and place it inside the diffuser.  You'll smell great all day when you wear the diffuser as a necklace, or you can hang it as an air freshener.  This heart diffuser is 1 1/4" long and 7/8" wide.
One of the great benefits of wearing our diffusers is that your skin will not have the perfume or oil on it. ALSO, you can use our diffusers for homeopathic healing too! A few drops of peppermint oil will help a stuffy nose. OR, how about a few drops of lavender to help with stress! YOU choose!
